Taylor Kitsch was born in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada (April 8, 1981). Before acting career, he worked as a personal trainer in NY, also studied acting. Then, he became a model for Abercrombie & Fitch in LA. Kitsch’s big break role came with the TV series ‘Friday Night Lights’ as Tim Riggins in 2006. In 2012, he starred in the film ‘John Carter’. That year, he also landed in the film ‘Savages’ as Chon. In 2013, Kitsch took leading roles in the films ‘The Grand Seduction’ and ‘Lone Survivor’. In 2014, he was in the HBO TV film ‘The Normal Heart’ as Bruce Niles, with this film he won Online Film & Television Association award.
